Seared Fish over spiral rotini pasta with peppers and onions and a light Basil Pesto sauce. This fish is Sushi Grade and is slightly undercooked and is designed to finish cooking in the microwave for a tender and flaky finish. If desired, you can add more time to get the fish done to your liking. This meal can be made better by some pausing and stirring during reheating. 

 

For best results, keep frozen until use. Tray but not film is microwave safe.
