Most of our meals work well with between 3 and 4 minutes in the microwave. Some meals, like the Turkey Chili, require more like 5 minutes. Some of us like to peel back just a corner of the film, others just leave the film intact to let the meals steam in the tray. Since many microwaves perform differently, we encourage you to start with 3 to 3 and a half minutes, and see if it needs more time after that.
