We use pork tenderloin, trim all the fat and braise it overnight. Then  we toss it with our house BBQ sauce, and serve it with a cup of diced sweet potatoes and a cup of broccoli.

For best results, keep frozen until use. Both film and tray are microwave safe. 

Contains: Fish (we add a very small amount of anchovy paste to the BBQ sauce to add savory undertones)

Microwave:
Peel corner to vent. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until heated.

Oven:
Peel corner to vent. Heat over to 375 and cook for 30 - 40 minutes.

Stovetop:
Empty contents of tray into nonstick pan. Add 1oz. of water. Cover and steam in pan.
