Herculean Meals Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the Herculean Meals Instagram Giveaway! By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
•    This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
•    Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Herculean Meals are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
•    The giveaway begins on January 1, 2025 and ends on January 31, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST.
•    Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
•    Post an in-feed picture or reel on Instagram showing you enjoying a Herculean meal.
•    Tag @herculean in your post.
•    Include #HerculeanGiveaway in the caption of your post.
•    Only one (1) entry is allowed per person. Duplicate entries will result in disqualification.
4. Prizes
•    Two (2) winners will each receive a 28-Pack of Herculean Meals, valued at $260 each.
•    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
•    Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
•    Winners will be notified via Instagram Messenger by 5:00 PM EST on January 31, 2025, from the official Herculean Meals account (@herculean).
•    Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
•    No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
•    This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
•    By entering, participants grant Herculean Meals the right to use their submitted content (including photos or reels) for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
7. Instagram Disclaimer
•    This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
•    By participating, you agree to release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
8. Privacy
