We cook Pork slow and low overnight, and serve it over Brown Rice with Black Beans, with a Pico de Gallo made of Pineapples, White Onion, Cilantro and a little Jalapeno, and top it with a slice of lime! This is inspired by our favorite tacos, made in a bowl without the tortillas. If you want to make some tacos at home by heating this meal up and putting it in a few flour or corn tortillas, go right ahead!
For best results, keep frozen until use. Both film and tray are microwave safe.
