Inspired by some of our memories in College with our friends from Korea who would throw BBQ parties all the time. We start with a marinade made from Asian Pears, Soy Sauce and other good things. USDA Choice Top Blade Steak (often used for Fajitas at quality Mexican Restaurants)  that was marinated for 24 hours then goes with Jasmine Rice and Stir Fry Vegetables, and we top it with Gochujang, which is a traditional Korean Chili Paste. If you like Sriracha, you'll love Gochujang!

 

For best results, keep frozen until use. Both film and tray are microwave safe.

Peel corner to vent. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until heated.

Peel corner to vent. Heat over to 375 and cook for 30 - 40 minutes.
