To keep it simple, here are some rules of drinking:

1) No Alcohol

2) Coffee, Tea (especially Green Tea), Water, 5% Nutrition “All Day You May”

Aim for a gallon of water or “All Day You May” per day.

Avoid energy drinks, anything sugary like Gatorade or Vitamin Water, juice unless you make it yourself with a juicer, and if you absolutely have to get a fancy drink from Starbucks, stick to sugar-free syrups!
