What do I need to be looking for on food labels and what does it mean?

Label Claim

Amount of Sodium per serving:

Sodium free: 5 mg or less

Low sodium: 35 mg or less

Moderately low sodium: 140 mg or less

Reduced sodium: Much less than the regular item but more than 140 mg per serving.
